During the summer season, we require a two-night minimum stay. During holiday weekends we require a three-night minimum stay.
Most of our cabins allow pets with a $40 fee per pet with a two pet limit. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Leashes are required. Pets must be kenneled if left alone in the cabin.
Smoking is not permitted inside of the cabins and lodge. If smoking takes place inside, guests will be charged $500. Guests may smoke on the decks outside of the cabin and lodge. Smoking litter must be cleaned up properly (all cigarette butts must be removed from the premises).
The maximum guest number for each cabin is different. Exceeding the cabin’s max number is subject to an additional $10 per person per night.
Please throw away your trash as it accumulates. We have two dumpsters on site:
1) Both are near the circle drive at our clubhouse. Do not put any fish remains the dumpsters. Use the cleaning stations at all of the marinas instead.
Early check-in and late check-out are allowed during the off-peak season. Call the day of arrival to request an early check-in.
Sometimes check-in runs a little later. Cleaning a whole cabin takes more time than cleaning a small hotel room. If your cabin is not ready, feel free to hang out at the lake or our clubhouse and your cabin will be ready when you’re finished. Your room key will be left inside your cabin before check-in, just simply walk in and make yourself at home.
You will be billed 50 percent when you make a reservation, the remaining balance will be billed on check-in day. If you chose to cancel your reservation with us, we require a 30-day notice prior to the date of your stay for a full refund. After a 15-day notice, no refund will be given.
