Q: What’s inside your cabins?

A: Our cabins are all fully livable houses. All cabins are equipped with the following: Central heat & air conditioning, , dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (bring your own coffee), outdoor charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided, you can also bring your own grill), bath towels, bed linens/pillows, plates, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, cable or Dish Network TV, paper towels, trash bags, and yes it’s been asked, we do provide toilet paper! We have no daily maid service. If you would like your cabin restocked or plan on staying with us for more than a week and would like it cleaned, please let us know.

 

Q: How should I go about booking a cabin?

A: Enter the dates you would like to stay and then select the cabin you want. Our reservation system is live up to the minute; it will show all that is currently available for the selected dates. Should the system show nothing available, you may check again later as a cancellation may occur. If a cancellation should occur it is on a first come first serve basis. 

 

Q: When is check-in/check-out?

A: Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are allowed, but only during the off peak season.  If you need an early check-in call the day of arrival to see if this is possible. Please understand we are cleaning a full house, not a small hotel room. If your cabin is not ready you are welcome to  proceed to the lake, your cabin will be ready by the time you return. Your room key will be left inside your cabin before check-in, just simply walk in and make yourself at home.

 

Q: When will my credit card be billed?

 A: You will be billed for 50% of your stay upon your reservation acceptance and  the remaining balance on check-in day.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you chose to cancel your reservation with us we require a 30 day notice prior to the date of your stay for a full refund. If you cancel within 15 days no refund will be given. 

 

Q: How many people can I have in one cabin?

A: The maximum guest number for each cabin is different and is posted individually for each. Exceeding this amount is subject to an additional $10 per person per night. 

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our address is 706 E. Oak St. Stockton MO, 65785. We are located not too far behind Casey's Convenience Store on Highway 39, just south of Stockton's Square. If you need assistance in locating us feel free to call. 

 

Q: Can I smoke in my Cabin?

A: No. If smoking takes place in any of our cabins we charge a $200.00 fee to your bill. You may, however, smoke on the front or rear decks of your cabin as long as you keep them cleaned up. 

 

Q: What is your pet policy?

A: Most of our cabins allow pets. Do not bring any large or aggressive breeds. If your dog doesn’t play well with others please board it or leave it with a friend or family member. Leashes are required and if you plan on leaving your pet in the cabin while you go to the lake please kennel it. Due to the cost of cleaning after your pets stay, we have a fee of $40.00 per pet.

 

Q: What can I do at the Lodge?

A: Feel free to enjoy our putting green, outdoor fireplace, playground, basketball court, Lodge, etc. The Lodge is for everyone’s use, please share.

 

Q: Where can I put my trash?

A: We have two dumpsters on site. One is located next to cabin #803 and the other is near the circle drive at our lodge. Please throw away your trash as it accumulates. Under no circumstances should you throw away any fish remains in either of the dumpster. There are cleaning stations at all of the marinas.
